Easily convert one of your emails or phone calls into a new sales opportunity or support ticket without unnecessary double entry. Save your team time by preserving the client conversation, pulling in all important details and attachments.

Converting Activities

Convert activities into new sales opportunities or support tickets to save you time, and preserve the history leading up to that work.

To convert an activity into a Sales Opportunity:

  1. Click into the more option on the top right of the activity represented by three dots. 

  2. Then select Convert to Sale.

To convert an activity into a Support Ticket:

  1. Click into the more option on the top right of the activity represented by three dots. 

  2. Then select Convert to Ticket.

Converting an activity into a sales opportunity or support ticket will automatically move that activity, and all of its children, to the new work record
