All fees for Accelo Payments are based on the transactions you process using Accelo Payments.  Fees are determined based on the transaction amounts, and the payment method being used - credit or debit cards and ACH / bank accounts. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Card Transaction Fee

The card transaction fee is applied to all credit card payments individually. The fee is subtracted from the total payment once it has settled, and funds have moved to your Payrix account.

The card transaction fee is applied to all credit card payments individually. The fee is subtracted from the total payment once it has settled, and funds have moved to your Payrix account.

International Card Fee

The international card fee is applied to payments made using a credit card which was issued outside of the United States. This includes Canada and Mexico. This fee is applied on top of the normal per-transaction fee.

ACH Sales Volume Fee

The ACH sales volume fee is applied to all ACH/bank account payments individually. The fee is subtracted from the total payment once it has settled, and funds have moved to your Payrix account.

The dispute fee is applied when your customer opens a new payment dispute, regardless of the result.

Payment Dispute Retrieval

The retrieval fee is applied when a merchant (Accelo user) tries to oppose a payment dispute. It is levied at the time the credit card company requests documentation to substantiate the charge.

Payment Dispute Arbitration

The arbitration fee is applied when a merchant (Accelo user) has tried to oppose a payment dispute (Payment Dispute Retrieval), and the credit card company has decided in favor of the customer, but the merchant disagrees with the result. In that event, they can request that the issue go to arbitration. In this situation, the credit card company acts as the arbiter.
