Log Report

Logging Reports on an event/meeting allow each person who attended the meeting to enter their notes on the content of that  meeting, and to log the time which they spent in the meeting.  This is a great place to track the meeting's minutes, followup action items, and beyond!

The meeting itself doesn't count as billable time.  The billable time comes from your report on the meeting

Meeting reports can be submitted after the meeting has taken place, or even when the meeting is first being created.  This is a great time-saving method to enter meetings, and your report on that meeting, which have already taken place.

  • To log a report, you can:

    • tap on the Report button on the Events/Meetings found on the Timesheet screen

    • open the event screen and tap on the Log Report button

On the Log Report screen, you can:

  • enter the hours you spent attending the event (This field is pre-filled based on the event duration by default). Note that the hours entered here my be rounded according to your deployment's configuration on time rounding.
  • see the event details including the event title, date, location, time, and attendees
  • see which object the report will be logged against. Note that this field cannot be changed, as it is based the event's parent object.
  • Enter the report description like your meeting notes.
  • Mark the report as billable or non-billable (By default, the billable setting of its parent object is inherited)

Did Not Attend

If you did not attend the event, you can tap on the Did Not Attend button on the event activity thread screen so that the event will no longer appear on your timesheet.
