Install JIRA Chrome Extension
With many versions of JIRA and major differences for the plugin access between Cloud vs Installed, we made our integration possible through a Chrome Extension.
As you can imagine, it is a relatively simple process to add in the Chrome Extension.

You can find where to install it - www.accelo.com/chrome-extension

You should then click on Add to Chrome and install the Extension.

Once you've installed the extension you'll want to click on "Options" for the extension in the top navigation or from the extensions page at chrome://extensions/. From here, you'll need to enter your domain name and potentially log into your account through Chrome to grant the permissions.
