Emails sent from Accelo via your integrated address will appear in your Microsoft 365 Sent Items folder.
Please note that this is not available for emails sent from Accelo using an alias, as Microsoft 365 does not support sending via an alias.
Because Microsoft 365 does not support sending emails via an alias, emails sent from Accelo via an alias won't automatically appear in your Microsoft 365 Outlook account. To get your emails to appear there, there are a couple of simple steps you'll need to complete.
Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Icon at the top right of Accelo, and choose Preferences.
Scroll down to the Notifications section, and enable notifications for the row labeled "When you create the activity". This will automatically BCC you on all of your Activities (notes, emails, meetings and calls).
Once the Notifications are set, you will automatically receive a copy of every activity you create in Accelo, in your Outlook Inbox.
